- When collecting packages/shipments, a valid government issued ID (I.E. Passport, Driver’s License, NIB Smart Card or Recent Voter’s Card) should be presented to customer services.
- If an individual is picking up on behold of the consignee, a written authorization letter is to be accomplished with proper identification.
- Packages/items left over 15 days will be sold to cover shipping costs.
